Students will have time to study after studying at public schools. There are also adults studying in training centers after working. Most of these students have more specific goals. Some come to study IELTS or TOEFL in order to pass the exam and study abroad. Most like to improve their speaking skills, since public schools don’t have much chance to practice speaking English. Some adults come to study for their business. Different students have different goals they want to achieve. Training centers don’t have long vacation like winter or summer holiday. They are busier during that time. The days off is usually during the weekdays, one or two days. The pay is higher, normally 10,000-16,000rmb per month. Training centers are more flexible and the class size is much smaller, usually 5-15, sometimes there are also one on one classes. It’s easier to control and to communicate with each student.

If you want a lighter work and want paid vacations, public schools might be more suitable. If you want a higher pay and don’t want to teach a big class, then training centers are more suitable.
